Kelli McDonough
I was born in South Korea and was adopted to the U.S. at the age of ten. During my time in Korea, my father and I led a very nomadic lifestyle, often homeless, and taking refuge under bridges. It is evident my love for outerwear/ active wear designs comes from this experience: It’s my way of taking the negative energy I might have from that time and using various creations to change the energy into something beautiful. The opportunities I was given here has been tremendous, and to be studying fashion design and development is truly fulfilling my passion. I am nearing the end of my education, but to think that this is just the beginning, I am beyond gleeful and ready.
